After full charge and cleaning contacts, the blue light blinks and it won't ignite.

How long did you let it charge for. I leave mine on charge until the light is off. If you leave it on for so long I noticed a safety that it turns off by itself. Also how are you cleaning it. Have to be careful with it

After using the electric lighter, you need to clean the position of the ARC pulse with a cloth to remove flammable materials. If you don't clean the arc tip after use, the sundries stuck on the tips of the product can be burned by an electric arc and produce flame. 2.We use the same overheating protection chip as the phone and camera. When continuous clicking makes the battery overheat, the protection chip may lock the power supply. If it is ignited multiple times in a short period of time, it may be identified as a false trigger by the protection chip. We recommend that you release the button in time after lighting the candle. 3.Long-term inactivity may affect battery life. We recommend you can charge it with a different cable(Type-A to Type-C) by computer port or Wall chargers( Do not support fast charging) to activate battery activity until the light stops blinking.
