Mrs. Anderson’s Baking Pastry Dough Scraper, Stainless Steel Blade with Wood Handle

This was on a list of tools I had to buy for an 8th grade cooking class in Jr. High. That was in 1967. Before they taught me how, I always used a fork to make pie crusts (taught by Mom). This is a game changer for pastry. It's also great with mushy fruits and vegs. My old one gave out a few times and my talented husband fixed it up until this year it was unfixable. Good price, comfy to use, never steered me wrong!

I've bought several different scrapers for my Pitt Boss Griddle, but this scarper is large in size, very sturdy and since its made of wood it what scratch my ceramic cooking top. Don't hesitate this is the one to get.

Just like grandma's.

My only complaint is that it could be a little wider. Otherwise, it worked great, so much easier than trying to cut lard into flour with a standard dinner fork!

It worked great love it. It was a good investment. I,may order one for my daughter.

Recently got into bread making, so of course I needed all the tools! This is a great looking scraper/shaper. I imagine all the other brands work as well, it's not a complicated tool. BUT, no other looks as good!Great looks and it works,,,and the price is right.

As soon as I got this, I made a blueberry coffee cake. It certainly made it easier to make the crumble topping. If you have been going old school, it is time to upgrade to this kitchen tool!

I use it for mixing my sourdough. The dough is thick and this mixer holds up well
