I look for extra exfoliating bath sponges/poufs all the time, I have psoriasis and have lots of extra skin to exfoliate off. This is the first product I have found that completely fits what I want! The black exfoliating side is rough in the best way, if you have sensitive skin I might back away. But for someone like me with chronic itch and skin buildup it's wonderful! It buffs away the dead skin and leaves me feeling smooth. And then the white side is velvety soft, perfect for areas I don't need to exfoliate. The sponge lathers up very easy, need less soap than I use to need with my bath pouf and gets lots of suds.This sponge has made my showers more of a spa experience- a full exfoliation with lots of suds!

This sponze immediately gets soapy with just a couple drops of my liquid soap. The smooth side is ultra soft and the exfoliating side is perfect. Love this sponze!

I like this sponge. It lathers for quite awhile. One side is very much just a created soft sponge. The other side is courser. That is the only side I use. I wish it had no strap on it. I certainly don't need a strap on a sponge. I tried it once and found it difficult to pass off to the other hand. Improvements for me would include getting rid of the strap and the soft sponge side entirely. Just making two rough sides would be ideal. I would definitely buy that one too.Update 1/31/23Again, this is a really great sponge for the shower. I’m so glad that it is available without a strap. The glue that is used to keep the dissimilar halves together does fail. The halves fall apart and the hanging log pulls out. It could last longer with a better glue. Just saying.

So if you don’t have sensitive skin, this may not be an issue for you, but this sponge hurt my skin on the scratchy side. I don’t mind a scratchy loofah-like sponge, but this isn’t course enough so it’s just painful. Also, it smells so strongly of chemicals and took 3 separate full soapings to get the chemical smell to somewhat go away. It’s absorbent and the other side is soft so I think I’ll use it to clean my motorcycle, but not my body.

I've never liked the hard buff scrubbers but wanted one that I could have a mild buff but a gentle side that I could use all over my body. This works great as the white side is really soft enough to use on your face and the buff side is just enough to give a mild defoliating to your arms and legs. It also foams up nice and the little loop fits over my tub faucet pin to allow it to dry. Would definitely buy again.

Takes forever to dry. The sponge side picks up head hairs and you cannot pull them out. The scrub side is a bit aggressive, ok for the tougher skin around the feet and knees. Sadly, it is already falling apart. Will not repurchase.

This loofah features a smooth side for lathering and a coarse side for exfoliating like many others. It also includes an expandable band in the center, to prevent it from slipping off of your hand while showering. I rate this loofah a 1. The reason for the low review score is because of the band in the center. The band tore a gash where the band connects with the sponge rendering the band useless as well as the loofah. At first I thought that this could have been a manufacturing defect, but it also happened to the second loofah I purchased. Basically, I wasted my money. You're better off purchasing one at your local dollar store, or perhaps Wal-Mart. I definitely will not buy this item again.

No me sirvió. Es de tamaño muy grande, la parte de la esponja muy suave y la parte exfoliante no sirve para tal efecto. La tiré a la basura.
