A few of my family members suffer from anxiety, so I ordered this for them to try, knowing that theanine is calming. They have both reported that it works very well without making them feel tired during the day.

Let me warn you if you work overnight you may wanna wait until you get home before taking. I wasn't sleepy at all. Just felt tightness in my shoulder & felt like I needed to relax. I popped one of the stress tabs & immediately I could feel the shift in my body for the better next I was waking up. Put me to sleep so fast. It's money well spent.

The product ia good, but it was $10.50 a bottle in May and has now shot up to $21.00. That's insane and not worth it.
