Great!
The Airmoto Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor is a handy and efficient solution for keeping your car tires properly inflated, especially when you're on the go. Whether you're on a long road trip or just need a quick top-up after noticing a slow leak, this compact device offers a lot of convenience for such a small package.Design and Build: The first thing you'll notice about the Airmoto Inflator is its compact and portable design. At just about the size of a water bottle, it’s easy to stash in your car's glove compartment, trunk, or even under the seat without taking up much space. The build feels solid for its size, with a durable plastic exterior that can handle some bumps and scrapes.Ease of Use: Using the Airmoto is straightforward. It comes with an easy-to-read LED display that shows the current tire pressure and allows you to set your desired pressure. The built-in preset options for various tire types (like car, bike, or ball) make it even more user-friendly. The hose is long enough to reach all four tires without feeling like you’re stretched too thin. There’s also a nice touch with the built-in LED light, making it easier to use at night or in low-light conditions.Performance: When it comes to performance, the Airmoto Tire Inflator delivers. It has a maximum pressure of 150 PSI, which is more than sufficient for most car tires, bike tires, and other inflatables like balls or air mattresses. Inflation speed is decent – it can take a few minutes to fully inflate a car tire from a low PSI, but it’s efficient enough for emergency situations. It’s not as fast as larger, more powerful compressors, but for a portable, battery-operated device, it’s more than acceptable.Portability: One of the standout features of the Airmoto is its portability. Unlike many other air compressors that require a car's power outlet, this unit is rechargeable via USB-C, so you can charge it at home or even using a portable power bank. The fact that it doesn’t need to be plugged into your vehicle makes it ideal for situations where you’re away from home or need to top off a tire while parked on the side of the road.Battery Life: The rechargeable battery is a bit of a mixed bag. While it holds a charge long enough to inflate one or two tires, don’t expect to run through a full set of four tires before needing a recharge. It’s great for quick, emergency use, but you’ll need to plan ahead for longer inflation tasks.Accuracy and Reliability: The built-in pressure gauge is accurate enough for everyday use, though it may differ slightly from high-end, professional gauges. For the average driver, it provides reliable readings, and the automatic shutoff feature when the desired pressure is reached is a huge plus – no need to worry about over-inflating.Conclusion: Overall, the Airmoto Tire Inflator is a solid, portable solution for tire inflation in a pinch. It excels in ease of use, portability, and convenience, making it a great addition to your car emergency kit. While it may not replace a full-size air compressor for heavy-duty or frequent use, it’s perfect for the average driver who needs a reliable tool for occasional tire inflation or other inflation tasks.Pros:Compact, portable designEasy-to-read LED display and preset optionsUSB-C rechargeable, no need for a car power outletBuilt-in LED light for nighttime useAccurate pressure readings and automatic shutoffCons:Slower inflation compared to larger compressorsBattery life could be improved for multiple tiresNot as suitable for frequent or heavy-duty useFinal Verdict: If you're looking for a convenient, easy-to-use air compressor for occasional tire inflation, the Airmoto Tire Inflator is a great choice. Its compact size, ease of use, and portability make it an excellent tool for road trips, emergencies, or everyday maintenance. Just be aware that it’s not designed for heavy, continuous use, but for the casual user, it’s a very practical solution.

Every son and daughter should have this in their car
Not going to lie about my reluctance to purchase this air pressure as I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, here is my honest review after using this now about 20-30 times on my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. As a result of running over a nail that deflated my tire but did not make it go completely flat, I found I could fill the deflating tire each day to reach proper pressure and drive safely. However, I would need to do this each morning, thus the reason behind why I made this purchase. It is very easy to use and gives you a lot of different inflating programming options beyond inflating a tire. That’s a nice bonus! If you are needing more than 5+ PSI to reach your air pressure threshold, make sure you leave yourself a little time for the inflator to work. At first I was concerned because I didn’t think it was working - trust me, it works! - it just takes more time than you have come to expect if you have ever filled your tires using an inflator at a gas station. It takes about a minute or so to fill 1 PSI.It is also a little loud, as you would expect, so keep that in mind depending on where/when you are using it.I keep my inflator in my glove box for easy access. At this point, I couldn’t imagine not having this with me in the event I am stranded by a flat and need air in order to get to the nearest Discount Tire for a replacement.Definitely a purchase you want to make and not be without when you get your next flat - or need to fill your tires due to hot/cold temperature changes like we experience here in Texas.

Better than I thought
The product works. It is not an electric pump so it does not have the power to inflate car tires quickly. My tires require 45 PSI. Due to the cold weather, all four tires were low (between 35 and 38 PSI). The 38 PSI tire took six and a half minutes to inflate. The 35 PSI tire took eleven minutes to inflate. Some people complain about the noise. It’s a little noisy but it is quieter than my electric pump. So it’s not too bad. (My electric pump will inflate my tires in 1 - 2 minutes!)Some people complain that the pump tends to over-inflate by a pound or so. I definitely had that issue. If that continues to be the case, I’ll simply lower the target PSI by a pound and see what happens. If you are a “car guy” or mechanic, I get it. You want to be precise. But, if you’re paying attention, you may have noticed that my tires were between 7 and 10 PSI low. One pound too high - while probably dangerous - is safer than ten pounds too low. So I am not complaining about the precision. Come on, people. Deal with it. Just adjust your target. As for bikes and balls… I have not tested them but, I have no reason to doubt that the pump will be an issue.Quality? It seems like it is sturdy enough. I had to fill all four tires - at 6 - 11 minutes per tire. That was a pretty heavy work load for such a small device. Everything worked. Why 4 stars? I rarely give any product 5 stars. Too many people give 5 stars just because the product works. To me, three stars means the product does everything I expected it to do. To get 4 stars your product has to surprise me with a feature or functionality. I really like that I can set my target PSI and the pump will turn off when it reaches that goal. So, there’s your 4th star. If you want 5 stars, your product has to blow me away with features, quality and functionality. The amount of time it took to get from 35 PSI to 45 PSI was a deal breaker for me. I still like the product. But, it doesn’t get that 5th star.If you need to inflate a tire, the product works. And, it is FAR MORE CONVENIENT than an electric pump. And it is portable. It’s a win/win. I would recommend it.
