Double check what you need it for before your purch
it is a good pc, maybe too old for 2025. I would love to say it was practical but for some reason the website didn't load the pages, was not able to show apps but that my by just the windows format, plus its very difficult to synchronice data from iOS to window . maybe because im coming from apple I may not be used to its functionality. However I can assure the wifi works pretty fast in all my devices but not in this pc. I had to return it as it was not what I was looking for. It is worth the value for the money, comes wit a mouse and a keyboard and all items are in great conditions. the pc It's big but not as heavy as was expecting.

Can't fault the product, nor the business
This product deserves a 5 star review.Has been refurbished very well. Runs well, and smoothly.Delivered and packaged well.Phoned the business up before purchase (initially answered by a male who didnt come across as adept in IT, but the second person on phone was obviously the genius behind the business), and was advised to my best option.Also said any issues to back back if needed.I highly recommend.

I can fault them
So, order arrived, great. Packaging was great, couldn’t moan. Opened up the box, there was the computer. Perfect, power supply great!!!No keyboardNo mouseNo wireless adaptor…not so great.Got in touch with amazon, their response was we’ll offer a refund. I’m not after a refund, if I wanted a refund, I would’ve asked for one. I’m not so bothered about the keyboard and mouse (even though I did pay for them). It’s the wireless adaptor I’m irked about. That is the annoying part. 3 items I’ve not paid for, one I kinda do need.After amazon offering the alternative of contacting the seller through amazon, that was on the day of delivery, I’m still yet to hear something backOh, and I also didn’t get any sweet like which was stated on the piece of paper which was included.Since they’re not replying through the amazon way, I hope they reply through this methodSpeak to you soonEdit: they never got in touch, so they’re getting a one star

Computer arrived on time, very well packaged and in excellent condition.Very pleased with order. Will definitely use Refurb IT MCR for any future computing needs.
