How much strength is needed to push on and off? My fingers don't have much strength.

Less than 2 lbs of umph. I will also say that the button is recessed, if you have larger fingers, you will need to "wiggle" your finger a little to get in the indent.

How can you tell when the Flashlight is fully charged?

When you plug in the charging cable, the On/Off button will glow. Red is charging and Green is fully charged

Is there any way to turn off/disable or reprogram the strobe mode?

Not that I know of. You just cycle through.

Can the beam be focused or is it a fixed width?
