My Japanese spitz (16 lbs) medium diaper was slightly big at the waist but worked wonderful to catch her pee. I monitored after she drank water, to take her out to pee. If not, she might pee twice and might leak. Most times, it held, tried to take her out often, so she won't get urinal infection, she was diabetic, difficult time seeing her pee pad plus hard of hearing and urinating issues. The fastener is velcro and worked fine

Do these have elastic on the leg holes?

Leg holes do not have elastic. Also, the tail hole on the xs is in the wrong place. Not sure about other sizes. I understand they are working on fixing this issue.

It's ok

The product itself is good. 61dhs is a decent price and I'm glad the seller came back to their senses. It was marked up over 100%(200dhs+) previously which was such a shameful move. Some of us care for handicapped animals and are already paying our weight in vet bills. We don't need to scrape our wallets for a necessity. You wouldn't do this to humans.
