I wish I had read this book 25 years ago when it first was published. I could have been a succulent, wild woman a lot sooner

I love it so much, I just ordered two more of her books and started following her on instagram. I think this will be my go to gift for all my female friends.I utterly love her transparency and joy and encouragement!

I bought this book 25 years ago when it first came out. It not only changed my life, it also saved it. The book is about lesrning to love yourself fiercely and unapologetically. This new edition has new chapters and information. Worth every penny!

I love the new chapters and new art. This book has even more magic in it now. "The Invitation" on the opening pages, "The Declaration of Inter-dependence," and the "Circles of Women" art at the close of the book would all make great SARK posters! I love this quote and the art that surrounds it: "The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we're weak, and sing with us when we are strong." So true! Brilliant! Thank you SARK. Another masterpiece.

SARK is an extraordinary human who carries gracious creativity and care gracefully and spunkily wherever she goes with her writing, always including the reader ME!!! Thank you so much dear SARK.

Very entertaining and full of encouragement to be more than you are..get out of your shell...can't wait to read the several other books by Shark.

This is great book for those who wish to live wholeheartedly. BUT, I find that it's far less enchanting than the previous versions that were in color. I am so bummed.
