Not bad. At first glance it looks good. But when you take a closer look you can see that the manufacturer uses REALLY CHEAP parts to make the shift knob. But my passengers don't notice so I don't mind. If you are picky and you have expensive taste then DO NOT buy this knob. Go directly to lexus.
