I was looking for something that’s easy to clean, washable, kid friendly as we have a toddler, a great match for our existence carpet and a great fit for our high traffic 8x5 area. Searching for a 8x5 area carpet that goes well with our existence carpet's was a bit of work & glad to have found this carpet that ticks all the box for me!! Shipping was fast as well. It came in a small box cos the carpet was folded. Being folded wasnt a problem for me cos in time it will spread perfectly on the floor. Overall very happy customer!

I was looking for an indoor area rug that was easy to clean, could sustain high traffic and a simple pattern. We needed a large rug for under the kitchen table and another smaller one near the island/sink area. I was nervous about ordering a large rug sight unseen....just from a computer screen. However, when the two arrived, they exceeded my expectations. They were easy to put in place and easy to clean. I am now ordering another one for another area of the house! Great buy!!

I had to replace the one in my home office after seven years. So I went with the same rug different color.

My original review is below. I have updated it and changed my rating from 3 stars to 1. The problem with unraveling continues and gets worse. More pulls have appeared and they are now unraveling over time. There are also growing fuzzy patches showing up. I use a brand new Shark Navigator vacuum which is meant for this type of cleaning, so it isn't my vacuum causing these issuesI don't normally write reviews. This rug is really great looking and comfortable and a good value overall. The one issue is that it "pulls" as though it is unravelling in places. It also goes fuzzy on the surface in places. I cut off the "pulls" and the fuzz at the surface of the pile and this seems to be okay. I think the reason this is okay is because the rug is not actually woven but glued to its backing? I don't have kids or cats but I do have two (non-destructive) dogs. Maybe the dog's nails are causing the "pulls" but that means the rug isn't as durable as one would hope. The dogs are the reason I bought this rug instead of a "real" one! I wonder if anyone else is having this problem? I didn't see it mentioned in other reviews so I thought I should share my experience.

I don't often write reviews, but this rug is extraordinary. I purchased for my 3-season sun porch and wanted to wait a bit to see how it held up before reviewing. I've had sisel in the past, but did not want the harsh texture or the staining issues. This rug looks like sisal, but is incredibly soft! The best part is that it's also durable and nearly stain-proof! I have 3 cats, and there are no pulls. Last night, I had my first red wine spill & was a little freaked out...I quickly grabbed an absorbent towel to soak-up the spill. That alone got nearly all the stain up. Then, I used the Woolite product shown in the photograph. Went to check on it this morning in the sunlight & that's exactly where the spill happened. We are really impressed with this rug!

We bought the larger version of this rug first. It took the better part of a month to arrive, and it came folded up in a rectangular box which has left it with permanent creases. So that's 2 strikes. But we decided we could live with it and purchased another, smaller one to match for our dining room. But after 2 months, I have to say I am unimpressed with how this rug is wearing under normal conditions. The rug material has taken on that fuzzy frayed sweater look some material gets when something scratchy (like dog paws or the bottoms of your feet) have been walking on it.I cannot recommend this rug under normal to heavy traffic conditions. I suspect I will be replacing both these rugs within a year or two.

I bought a sisal rug for my living room and everyone in the house complained about it hurting their feet. So I researched for a rug that looked sisal but was soft and I found this rug. The price is very affordable for the size I got 6x8. It is very soft on our feet. It isn't real thin nor is it real thick. My son spilled some soda on it already and it cleaned up nicely leaving no water rings or stains. The only negative I have is it appears to pick easily. I have 2 cats with only back claws so they can't scratch things like typical cats can with their front claws. The first night I noticed a thread was picked and puffed out after the cat ran across the rug. Over the past few days I see more snags and puffed out fabric spots. I am just going to live with it, I am afraid to try to trim those spots and make it unravel or have a bald spot. This is the first time I have ever had a rug pick from a cat claw. :(
