Products was good. But after one month some times not working. Claim for warranty.

There is a malfunction with connecting devices to both sockets (A and C). I am only able to charge one device at a time, which does not fulfill the purpose I bought it for: charging two devices simultaneously.

Great adapter. Perfect for fast charging. Use it for both apple and Android products and it performs really well

This is a good 20W charger I use to charge everything including my phones, tablet, watch, earbuds etc. It works well and can charge 2 devices at once(though this will distribute the 20W into 2 devices).It worked well for me for almost an year till and then today it suddenly stopped working. I was lucky that I had 3 days remaining for warranty so I exchanged it from the service center, which for me was good luck again since the service center is near my home. I don't think there is any service center in north India apart from north Delhi(searchable on google maps) and if you don't live nearby you would have to mail them your device and then they'll mail you your device back. You would also have to email them at [email protected] the images of your device and invoice(bill) to get a ticket which would be used to provide you the service. So keep this in mind while buying any portronic product.But if you can visit service center with your invoice and product, then it's easy.
