What is the handle made of?

Everyone please. Before you buy anything on Amazon be sure that you're buying from the company itself, (or find the original company in case it's not the correct one) not from a 3rd party retailer because they're bound to screw you guys over. How to know... When you're buying from Amazon, be sure that it's sold "BY" Amazon, not "FULFILLED" by Amazon (you can also see the nameof the 3rd party selling). That's how you know it's the real product and that's how most people don't realize that they're actually buying from a 3rd party retailer and getting screwed. You can also try searching on their official website. If there isn't any, then it's most likely not a reputable company and probably a reseller or truly a very tiny company that's behind on their tech.

It is a little of 3 inches long, 1 3/4 at widest area and 1 1/2 at narrowest section. It fits in the hand perfectly. Roughly 1/2 inch distance between piece that fits on outside of can and cutting edge. It is perfect for cutting cans that will not be cut by electric can openers. I bought it to use for that purpose and to use if electricity goes off. Much better than other hand held openers.

How do you use this? The video won't play and the instructions are in Japanese.

this is a tin opener, so you use it like a tin opener. These things have been around here for decades so why would somebody make a video about it?
