However, though it did arrive intact (not like some of the other reviews!) it was extremely difficult to get open. The lid had been mis-threaded so it was actually stuck, I thought at one point I was going to have to cut the bottom off the tub with a knife but I managed to lever it open.It is quite a flimsy plastic so I can see why some other people have complained that it arrived broken or split.The product itself is nice, VERY thick, like a butter consistency. I use it for a lot longer than it said on the label, applied very liberally and then with a disposable shower cap on the top, then a microfibre towel wrap on the top of this, to create some heat to allow the product to penetrate more easily. Seems to work well.Pretty good value for money considering the size of the jar.EDITED NOV 2024 - this product has more than doubled in price in less than one year! I got it for little over £8 and now it is well over £16!
