360 coverage!
I use these after a recent knee surgery. I purchased 2. If you want an ice pack to wrap around your knee, get the XL.I first purchased the regular ones, then returned them because they do not wrap 360 around the knee. For reference, I wear size 4/6 pants so XL is the size you need for 360 coverage.

I haven't used these yet but they look like they will work out just fine for my knee replacement which I'm having surgery for tomorrow. It arrived quickly, and was priced well.
