You can buy a fluval flex 57l flow restricter on ebay or amazon for about £4 they realised they made a bit of a mistake with the vents (you get covers now) and the flow power so they made little ad ons to fix the issues you can also get a little cover for the feeding hole on top if you want it covered up £2.50 hope this helps in some way take care.

Tank keeps warming the water and i don't know why. the water actually gets warm. it's not in the sun. other tank (same room) is fine. any ideas?

Try one day with white lights on because they get warm and then try one day with blue lights on they don't get as warm, if the temperature is warmer with the white lights then you know it's the white lights that are heating it up.
