Yes there are lots of slots for screwdrivers, I have a set of 12 in mine, its a brilliant tuff bag and mine gets heavy use everyday.

The bag is of a canvas type material. That does not mske ot water proof. Zipped up iin the rain, It will keep your tools dry, long enough to get from, say the van to the job!
