I'm at drama school as a mature student and last term I was feeling INCREDIBLY burned out. I've suffered from severe burnout before from working a corporate job - i felt like my brain was stuffed with cotton wool, I had terrible brain fog, I was constantly exhausted, spending every minute of free time sleeping and still waking up exhausted, and my mood was down the toilet. Back then I went to the doctor and tested rock bottom for vitamin b12, D, ferritin and folate. I felt pretty much the same when term ended: I couldn't think clearly, I was randomly really struggling with some very basic lines, notes from directors which needed to be implemented instantly for screen was overwhelming (with stage I could at least write it down first and then take some time to process, but screen is redirection between takes, so you have to be really on it) -so I decided to take some vitamins because as an actor you NEED your brain to work so you can remember lines - you can't cruise through on autopilot or hold your brain together with post-it notes. I'm terrible with remembering to take pills but somehow these are much easier to remember to take.I take B12, D and Iron all by BetterYou. Individually the sprays taste nice, i just chuck them all down my neck at the same time and they still taste ok, even though mint (Vid D) and fruit is a little odd in terms of a combination.I've been taking them for a month and even though I'm still knackered and foggy all the time, it's not AS bad as it was. I'm feeling maybe 15-20% better I wake up with a little more pep in my step, my weekends aren't wasted being a slug in bed, my mood has definitely improved (although I think that's also to do with having a 5 week break). Vitamin deficiences take time to build back up - 3-6 months so I think I'm on track to being a functional human again.

Easy to spray, pleasant taste

Vitamin D is not only recommended by doctors but is taken by most of them. I bought this for elderly parents who just don’t want another pill to take. They have been delighted with it. It’s become a bit of fun in the morning spraying it for each other and doesn’t make them feel old like all the pills do. So psychologically it’s a plus for the older generation. It doesn’t have a bad taste so no water is required to wash away the taste and if it did my parents would soon stop taking it!!With regards to strength, it packs a punch and gives you the recommended daily dose so no quibbles on that front.It will last for 2 months with them both using one spray a day. I might get them to increase it to 2 sprays but at the moment the fact they are actually happily using it is a bonus.It is easily portable, small enough for a handbag but big enough not to need glasses for 😂As they are still both mentally sharp and physically fit in their 80s I’m not looking for miracles but I will post an update if we notice any amazing effects!Decent value for money, great buy for those looking for an alternative to pills.

I originally bought it for my son, but the peppermint flavoring is very strong, so i use it for myself now. Its very convenient, and i end up using it more than pills, you just open your cupboard see it spray it and voila !I hope the quality of the vitamin is good, I can't vouch for that as I have no idea what qualifies for a good vitamin

The media could not be loaded. Pocket size, easy for use, spray bottle, good quality, vitamin D. Good value with fast absorption. I am using it from two weeks and feel a difference with my skin, sleep, nerves

Love the spray function and the minty taste. Perfect dose for maintenance use. Great size bottle.

I haven’t checked if my vitamin D levels went up after using this, but technically it should work and perhaps even increase absorption. It has sweeteners, which makes it tastier but perhaps it’s not a healthy additive (though I suspect the quantity is too small for any negative impact). Overall I’m quite happy with this product as the spray’s convenience makes my vitamin D intake more regular than what it used to be when I took it in pill form.
