The product is great - economical, cleans well, and above all it seems to leave less scum in my front loading washing machine than liquid, pod, or sheet detergents. I do use washing machine cleaner and air it out all the time, but with powder it reduces the frequency of deep cleaning. Only complaint is there was some leak/spillage during shipment.

Best detergent by far!My front load machines came with a packet of liquid Tide, but in reading the manual I found that it stated powder detergent extends the life of the machine and prevents that awful mildew build up issue many front load machine owners complain about.PROS:- long lasting freshness without and overpowering scent- gets stains out, including my husband’s auto mechanic grease and oil stains (I boost with Oxyclean odor blaster for the really gross smelly gear oil stains)- gentle on fabrics, tough on smells and stains- perfect for my sister with sensitive skin and skin allergies (she does fine with the gentle scenting so I don’t even have to buy unscented!)CONS:- I hate the box so I transfer to a container and just keep refilling the container- the included scoop is far too large for the amount of detergent needed in my HE machine so I toss that- like all powder detergents, it can be messy when transferring to a container or scooping- if stored in a damp location, detergent clumps and has to be loosened up to use after clumping

The smell isn't overpowering but it's fresh, it hasn't broken anyone out, and it's gotten stains that took several pretreat cycles out in one wash.

I am such a fan of Arm & Hammer laundry products. I prefer the powder because it works just as well as liquid and is a better bang for your buck. It lasts a long time too. It is easy to use, it is effective, and can easily be stored. It cleans well and fights stains without leaving a harsh odor or causing skin irritation. It is a great product and will continue to purchase.

That's definitely remove stains it does not irritate your skin it's got great quality. I'm definitely leaves a good scent in your clothing.

Arm & Hammer is my favorite laundry detergent. I am happy to buy this product which is still available in powder form and in a paper box. As I eliminate plastic waste in my life it is products like this one that keep me buying detergent instead of making it from scratch. This detergent gets my clothes their cleanest and freshest. Plus it has that great scent!

Amazon said I had to edit my review so here is take 2.The product itself is actually fantastic. I have subscribed and purchased this laundry detergent for a couple of years. It is absolutely my first choice.It does a great job and you don’t need a lot of soap to get your clothes really clean.The reason for the poor review is because Amazon continues to package the laundry soap with food and other items with my monthly subscriptions. The laundry soap has dispersed over all of my other purchases on multiple occasions. I have contacted Amazon at least four times to discuss this very specifically and requested that they place the package of laundry soap in a separate plastic bag Before putting it with the other subscribe and save items. You may notice others have said the same in their reviews.I’m really tired of cleaning up their messes so I cancelled the subscription.
