Does it have a line for measuring 1/4 oz.? If so, is it too far down to really be useful?

No there isn't a line for 1/4 oz only a 1/2 3/4 and 1 oz but I do recommend this jigger it is stylish and compact and with the 1/2 oz it's easy to gage 1/4 also is you get a 1/8 bar spoon you can just use 2 bar spoons if that makes you life easier good luck buying

Do you have it in ml?

1 fluid ounce is about 30 mL; 2 fluid ounces would then be about 60 mL

this jigger measures ounces- 1/2, 3/4, 1, 1 1/2 & 2 oz.
