I needed newer computers for home duties, and decided to order this Latitude 5420 from RUKN-TECH. This laptop should handle a few, concurrent, logged-in users without struggle.The laptop arrived within 1 week. It was well protected in its package and is in like-new condition: no visible signs of wear to speak of. All ports work (although I haven't tested the ethernet port yet.) Good screen quality, touchscreen works great, good speaker quality, good keyboard, touchpad, camera... Everything works, and no rattle!It upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with ease.The lone issue was the charger/power adapter, which didn't work at all. To the seller's credit, the charger is a genuine Dell unit which looked brand new -- still in its scratch-protective plastic wrapper. (It was probably faulty from the factory, and just never tested.) We had another charger on hand, so I was able to try/test the laptop anyway. I contacted RUKN-TECH about it; they responded within hours (on a Saturday!) and refunded the charger. Great service!I'm smiling as I write this review from the laptop itself. I'm very happy with this purchase.

1. I received a 5320 rather than a 5420.2. CPU fan was broken. That's an easy fix, but should have been dealt with during the "refurbish."3. SSD has failed twice.

Vino en perfecto estado a excepcion de algunos rayones minimos que casi ni se notan, todos los puertos funcionan al 100, lo unico malo y por lo cual dude en darle o no 5 estrellas, fue que el sitema vino con una cuenta empresarial que no dejaba iniciar el sistema, la solucion fue instalarle un nuevo windows desde una usb y de ahi corrio perfecto, diria que por el costo el producto es calidad- precio, recomendado!!!

The laptop works as designed and overall is a very good product.However, they did NOT include a heatsink on the M2 drive that was sent with this system. Please don't cheap out on your customers.Immediately when I ran Crystaldiskinfo that was showing M2 temperatures Above 50 degrees (59C at one point noted) celsius or 122 degrees Fahrenheit. When these drives continue to operate at those high temperatures continually, it dramatically slows the data transfer rates and dramatically shortens the life of the M2 drive. At 60C and above, these drives have been known to fail. I had to buy and install one on this machine for another $11 in change to bring the temps down. They are now more inline with normal specification of 31-36 degrees Cwhich is less than 100 degrees F. The heatsink I purchased for this was >>NVME M.2 Heatsink SSD Heatsink: Graphite Covered Pure Copper Heatsink Thermal Pad for 2280 NGFF M.2 SSD Laptop PS5 (70x20x2mm)It seems to work well for this application in the laptop. If this was a desktop with more room, I would get an M2 heatsink with an integrated fan.

Great while it lasted...which was less than a year.I bought this on September 18, 2024. Today is June 16, 2025 and the motherboard is dead. I had a few minor issues leading up to this failure in the last couple weeks and now I'm stuck out of state, trying to work from the road with no laptop. This is fantastic.I will never buy another refurbished product again, nor will I buy anything Dell again.

I purchased this product to replace another Dell laptop that had failed after 2 years (I think that it was a surge issue). Anyway, that left me wondering about buying another brand new computer or going the renewed route. I decided on Olive Computers because the price was right. I am glad I did. The laptop arrived in a well packaged unit. I plugged it in and xferred the files from my old laptop using a SSD enclosure. In less than an hour I was up and running as though the old Dell never crashed. Very happy with this product. If I had one complaint it would be that the warranty registration that was enclosed does not work, I have tried multiple times to register for the warranty and it always responds with a server error.
