Hi! I have received one set of this milk and I kept them on the shelves. Oat milk needs to be refrigerated only when opened, it is written on the box. I hope this helps. PS. for me this version was pretty sweet, so I presume the temperature of the storage room should be good enough to prevent possible fermentation...
