Dose it have fine and Is coarse threaded ends? For some reason in my homda shadow 600 one side is fine Threads and the other side is coarsed threads

Yes. It’ll allow you to synch up to 4 carburators or throttle bodies. If you only have two carburators. Just use two of the manometers.

Will this work on 2 stroke outboards. 5-100hp

No. You do not synch 2 stroke outboard carbs the same way that you synch 4 stroke carbs.
