I like the 125ml ground tins which last a week on holiday for early morning coffee. I find ground coffee loses flavour after being open a week, these are an ideal size.

Probably the best ground coffee if bought and used in small batches
The secret to making good coffee at home is the freshness of the coffee.Once opened it starts and continues to lose that initial freshness.I recommend buying in small quantities , a good example is the 125g tins of Illy coffee rather than the 250g tins.You will use the coffee in half the time.A huge bonus is that you will start with a high quality coffee.Illy coffee is the very best out there.
