Carburetor and spark plug

I rode it for a week off and on and it wouldn't stay running, now it won't start. I checked the spark plug and carburetor and gas was coming out of the air filter when i tried to electric start it.

Other than a small crack on the gas tank it was a good deal. Assembly was semi easy and they shipped me a new gas tank.

It says it's supposed to be electric startIts not it doesnt bother me though because my boy loves it!
