I love their products. The skin lotion, etc.But the eye cream has an odor that doesn’t go away. So I returned one and ordered another. Got the box yesterday. The seal was broken on the box and I barely had to pump it to get the lotion out. The first bottle I had to pump it at least 5 or six times it takes a couple of pumps to get it started. Definitely a used product

The price is a little up there but that is to be expected for a product such as this. The only thing I didn't like was the size and the price. Other than that, the product gets five stars from me.
