Charge with USB-C data transfer cable + tip for low light environment
This is a great timer. I use it to time almost any task sedentary task I'm performing (like doing chess tactics exercises, musical exercises, writing exercises). Because the audible alarm is not loud, I don't think it is good for loud or physically active tasks (like a kitchen timer or timing physical exercises) ... you need to have the timer in your field of view (to see the flashing light) or the environment needs to be quiet enough that the vibration or quiet beep can get your attention. But there are plenty of tasks that are compatible and this timer is the simplest way to time them.Tip: The numbers embossed on the sides are hard to read in low light, and so it can be easy to set the wrong time interval. if you are in a low light situation, use a sticker (e.g. a small post-it is fine) to indicate which side you want to put on top to start/re-start the timer.Charging requires a USB-C cable that is connected to a USB-A power source. A cable that is USB-C on both both ends will not work. I've tested a number of different cables and as long as the charging cable has a USB-A connector on one end, then charging will work. I've even tested with a USB-C charging port, but added a USB-C to USB-A converter cable and then a USB-A to USB-C cable connected to the timer and that worked. It is only USB-C direct to USB-C that doesn't work. No clue why, but at least you can use other cables to charge the timer if you misplace the originally provided cable.

Great while it lasted.
This was amazing - while it worked. I used it regularly for about 8 months and then missed a meeting yesterday when I realized it didn’t vibrate as expected. Now no lights, even after attempting to charge. It had been randomly switching to silent mode (light only) for a couple weeks. I thought maybe I’d been bumping the button but now realize it was dying. It was very useful and I had recently considered buying another for my 4th grader to help him take more responsibility for managing his time but it’s pretty pricey for less than a year of use.

Great at time management
This is been really helpful. I gave it 4 instead of 5 only because in low light hard to find the right time, needs to have the numbers painted white or something.

Transformed the way I manage time!!
I love how small and effective this timer is. If you are in a sensitive area where you have to be quiet, it does have a vibration setting or you can have the sound go off. The design is aesthetically pleasing and looks very sleek on your work desk. My children always gravitated towards it when they were near my desk. It is very easy to use, my only complaint would be I wish I could see how much time I had left.

Perfect, quick timer to get in the flow
I love this thing, I use it almost every day. Being able to set a timer with a single action is so much more convenient than using your phone, and since there's no screen I can't clock watch, which is so good for my personal workflow and productivity.I also set next to pizza for 5 minutes so I don't burn my mouth lol.

Worked great until it stopped charging
Good: Loved it while it worked.1 - Very intuitive actions to set the timer.2 - Very useable sets of preset timers. The 1, 3, 25 mins setting were surprisingly useful; I did not think I would need those setting until I got this timer3 - Timer options of sound, vibrate, and silent led blinks are great.4 - USB C charging port meant I could use my laptop charger and one less charging cable on my desk5 - Very convenient size and shape. You almost want to play with it as a fiddle toy (though that not a good thing if you have an active timer)Things I wish it could be better: There are a few things you have be cognizant of when using it1 - Keep the instructions manual handy. You may need the manual to remember how to switch from sound to vibrate to silent mode since there is only 1 button for input and one led and vibrating option for feedback. Sometimes I accidentally set it to silent mode and loose track of time because I expected it to beep or vibrate.2 - One charge lasted about 2 - 3 days. I use the timer about 3 - 5 times a day. For that amount of usage and simplicity of its purpose, I wish the charge lasted at least a week.Bad points: The reason I would not buy it again1 - It went dead in about 2 months; it just stopped getting charged. I am guessing the either the rechargeable battery or the internal recharging mechanism is of bad quality.

So nice I bought it twice
I bought this for myself initially. I loved the number of options for times it had compared to other timers. My partner was admiring it so often that I got one for them as well.
