I wasn’t sure if this would make much of a difference, but it does help with nasal congestion. It’s lightweight, fits comfortably, and stays in place without being too noticeable. The minty scent is subtle but gives a nice cooling effect, which makes breathing feel a bit easier.I’ve used it while exercising and at night, and it does seem to improve airflow. It’s not a dramatic change, but it makes things more comfortable, especially when my nose feels stuffy. Decent product overall.

They smell minty and feel okay in the nose, but I didn’t really notice any big difference in my breathing. Just a very average product.

These work GREAT……. FOR ONE NIGHT!!!! Then the scent is COMPLETELY GONE. Terrific concept but extremely poor execution. I am so disappointed in this companies product. Surely someone tested these. Right???????

These do smell minty-fresh when you put them in, and they are more comfortable than some other brands I've tried. But they don't work as well, and the packaging is an absolute nightmare to get into! Each one is individually encased in layers of packaging--required scissors to open.

Getting the correct size is important.

This looked interesting and I knew I needed help with getting more air in my system.When I received these, I realized I might need a bigger size. Usually, when I order anything for my nose or nasal passages, I have to order small or even extra small. I think the small size for this product wasn’t the right size because the “hoops” didn’t touch the inner liner of my nose. But it still sat still in my nose and helped somewhat.I’ll have to order bigger sizes and see which one is my actual size.I do like the different smells so that was a plus, to breathe in fresh smells. Mint is my favorite smell.I didn’t read everything but are these really for “one use only”? Because that’s not going to happen. It’s a great product that I want to use every day/night when I’m home. And it’s too expensive to use only once. That kind of defeats a “natural” use, doesn’t it?Otherwise, other than not having the correct size for me, this is an interesting product that I'm will to buy to try out.Added: so the smell/fragrance is gone after one use, so that might be for only one use. Also need to wash it clean to reuse, which takes way the fragrance.I'm wearing it at work and I thought it would be a neat idea to have these come in various skin colors, so as not as noticeable. Just an idea.

These were comfortable enough that I had no issues falling asleep with it in, and the minty scent is also a nice touch as minty scents can help open up the nasal passage as well. They fit well in my nose and did work to help open up my nasal passages a bit! They are pretty thin and flexible, which I think helped with their comfort level.
