Excellent quality and fit. I bought them for water aerobics. They are not tight and fit more like shorts and have a panty underneath. When you get out of the pool, they don't stick to your legs so you don't have to tug the legs down. They don't move around as you're exercising and don't sag. I ordered an XL, and had to return for a large, so if you're in between sizes, just size down. I wash by hand after being in pool water and for 3 washings, it showed color in the wash water but not really any fading. Sitting in a hot tub they got an air pocket around the tummy, which may be important to some. All around great choice so I bought a second pair. Great to have a suit you can wear in public (like on a boat with friends) and back in the water. Dries fast, too, when wearing it so you don't drip for a long time.

One of my favorite purchases. The swim shorts are comfortable and fast drying. The pockets are a great feature. Just don’t forget you have items in them before getting in the water. So far so good. I purchased another pair in the 5” length. It said to size up and I did. The bigger size is a little loose, but I got used to it and prefer the comfort.

I purchased a pair of these board shorts in white & absolutely loved them enough to purchase 2 more pairs so I can wear them as shorts also. I don't like shorts so that's saying something! the white is a little sheer (you can see the built in panties a bit) but not embarrassingly sheer - I haven't wore them in a pool yet so I'll have to update later. I'm 5'7" & 200lbs & these fit perfectly without feeling tight. They have a good amount of give but don't feel loose & they don't have an excess of material around my thigh, which is why I think I like them so much. They dry killer quickly, I washed & pressed the water out in a towel & hung them up & they were dry in a couple hours. This pair however is going back as the dark blue is more of a medium blue & doesn't complement the tops I had envisioned - going to try the Navy blue - fingers crossed I like that shade of blue better. I might post a video of what the white ones look like on after I wear them in a pool so I can better review them.

These look much more expensive than they were. Wash great- My sister couldn't wait to order a pair, also! So comfortable. I ordered a small ( 5'4.5" and 122#) and they fit very comfortably which is how I wanted ( a little loose). They are not see through as long as underwear are skin tone. They are stretchy, give a nice waist, and can be worn on many occasions.

These are so perfect, I bought them as swim shorts to stop chaffing from so much walking at the water park, but they make great day-t-day shorts too. Since putting on weight I don't like how many shorts fit, but these are just right, slim but not tight, and a good length. The high waist line keeps them up with no effort, with a slimming sillouette. At 190 with a large backside, I was unsure about XL or 2X, but the XL is perfect, I suspect 2X would be too loose to stay up. Some reviews say they quickly fade to gray from washing, I have my fingers crossed they've fixed the problem, and will report back if they do.

The fabric is like a soft thick swimsuit material. These are stretchy so when your using the size chart, if you think your in between sizes, you have a little wiggle room. My waist is larger that the size chart, but they had plenty of give to be comfortable. I'm going to go look for a pair with out the built in panty so I can wear them to workout.

For some reason, I was expecting the material to be more of a quick dry consistency. But it is regular bathing suit material. My favorite part is that the shorts have a fine mesh 'underwear' lining! This is great because other brands that I have tried that have had a lining use the same bathing suit material, so it's like wearing two bottoms! They never dry. Or, there is no lining, and the crotch seem aligns perfectly with, and rises up my....bits. If you catchy drift.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought two pairs for a water-centric vacation and they performed great. They are a very good length for modesty, the material washes well and does not hold on to stains or odors, and I even threw them in the dryer (you’re not supposed to) and came out unscathed. I was a little worried because they have no drawstring at the waist and the actual waist elastic is very narrow, but I never felt insecure or like they were going to fall to my knees, even when soaked wet. My only complaint is the fabric does hold on to a lot of water, so you will be dripping for a long time after coming out of the water, but they still dry fairly quickly (one of our hotels did not have laundry facilities and I hung these and they dried overnight, in a non-air conditioned bathroom that was pretty warm).
