Update: power doesn't actually work when plugged straight into the wall either! 😅First having it; Really good comfy and soft office chair! Had an issue with the softness of the bolts which couldn't grip however I reached out and they had sent out replacements straight away and was with me in less than two days! The massage functions work and is good, the power cable is fairly short-ish so make sure when buying that you have a designated plug socket/extension that won't get in the way for your use 💙 great comfy chair, the lean back part is comfy too and supports the weight of me without falling or scared of tilting! (180lb) Recommended this chair, thank you blisswood ☺️☺️Instructions are clear too!----Month in with same issues for ages tbh but wanted to give it more chances: the power isn't good at all and will only work if you plug it into a wall and not an extension cable unless you are super quick at changing the buttons for the lowest setting and only one or two of the options(guessing whichever one is less draining for the power of it maybe), and the cable itself isnt long at all and can get trapped a fair bit with the wheels. The bolts have came out completely and won't go back in, so it doesn't stay upright or comfortable at all :( I'm sorry because I initially thought it was a good chair and with the first problem of the bolts the issue was delt with straight away so the company&customer service side of things themselves are fantastic I think! Just the product isn't too great and could of got a less hassle good functioning chair for back support for £99 instead :(

Not as good as expected, the arms are not very stable so taken them off and the chair squeaks like madThe massage is not really a massage more of a vibrationyou get what you pay for i guess

Both the arm rests wobble, the massage balls on the chair are really uncomfortable as it feels like you are sitting on a hard lump all the time. Throwing away this chair in the dump yard after 3 months of purchase and getting a new chair this week-end. Total waste of money!

I bought this chair since my previous one fell apart and given the price it's a really good chair. I've seen on other reviews people saying that the chair gradually slides down and isn't really suitable for people under 5 foot 5, well I'm 6'2 and weigh 100kg and I've encountered none of these problems. The chair has never dropped whilst being sat in it and it's sturdy and supportive. The vibrate function is pleasant, though it's not really a deep massage so if you're expecting something like that, you'll likely have to buy a much more expensive chair.My only criticism is that the arms of the chair are fixed by two points and so subsequently 'wobble' a little bit, other than that it's a fantastic office/computer chair.

I have deteriation in my thoracic spine so the vibrations are very soothing, a bit noisy. nice sturdy chair
