Great bag
Bought for a 5 day backpacking trip and worked perfectly. Much more comfortable on me then the cheaper bag I had before. Not a whole lot of space and 5 days is honestly the max I would stretch using this bag but at the same time it kept me from packing too many things I didn't need. I really like the mesh back section that keeps the actual bag off your back.

Honestly the Best for the Price
Overall this backpack has fantastic value, unbeatable in terms of $$. It's really high quality (and Osprey in my opinion makes some of the most high-quality gear). The price is low compared to equivalent backpacks yet it has a premium feel to it all. Zippers are very sturdy and the fabric is tough and doesn't tear. Lots of padding on the belt and shoulders.I used it on a 4 day backpacking trip starting with 35 pounds of gear/food/water. It fit my bear canister sideways no problem.Pros:- Favorite feature is the Airscape back system, this is one of the main reasons i went wiith this bag.- I ended up loving the angled water bottle pockets on each side, made it very convenient to drink without stopping.- Comfortable up to 35 lbs.- Has all the adjustments you would expect for custom fit.- Large and sturdy, good fabric and zippers (it's surprising how they did not cut corners on quality for this lower-cost backpack).- Built-in rain cover is convenient, i did end up using it for very light rain.- "Sleeping bag" compartment accessible from bottom/outside divider can be removed for a larger main compartment.Cons:- No large outer mesh pocket- No access to main compartment from the back- Is not an ultra-light backpack (3.7 lbs.).Overall i highly recommend this backpack as an upgrade to keep for a long time, or as a first backpack if you're looking for what to get. You will not be dissapointed

Great quality
This is a very high-quality backpack. My son is in the service and does hiking and backpacking on his downtime. He loves it!

Excellent Pack
This is a super comfortable and functional pack. I used it on a multi-day backpacking trip on the AT without issue. I have a small waist (28-29"), yet the hip belts had enough adjustment to synch snugly around my torso. It could probably do with a few more loops/pockets on the outside to clip things like camp shoes, towels, etc. But overall, this was a great purchase.

High quality materials and workmanship
I bought this for travel in the Philippines. This backpack holds a lot and the quality is superb. However, I really didn't need the backpack as opposed to a carry-on or larger suitcase. I didn't do much walking on my trip, so consider whether your need the backpack. If you're going hiking, of course this backpack is excellent outdoors. It's even waterproof so your stuff is safe. I don't really backpack outdoors, so I wish I'd bought a suitcase instead, in my situation. Not unhappy with the quality of this item. No dispute there. And I'll just end with sizing. I think my backpack held 50 liters. That was enough for clothing to last a week and other items. It weighed about 25 kg fully packed. Think about that when deciding which pack to get.

Great for beginners
Great pack. Would have been 5 stars but I don’t like the bottom of the main pack. It has a weird separater from the bottom pouch that has openings on both sides. Sort of like a diaper. And things fall thru the main pack and into the bottom pouch

Large, Durable, Looks Good
Ran my old off-brand pack through the ringer and decided it was time to upgrade. This pack seemed to have a good ratio of price to quality. Just came in today, looks and feels exactly as expected, and a day early at that. This thing holds a ton, much more than you'd need for an overnighter, suitable for a multi-day outing.I bring a large 0 Degree sleeping bag for winter time, and it's been a struggle, even with a high quality compression sack, to fit that thing into either of the two packs I've used before. A real wrestle, almost a two man job. This thing, the Rook 65, swallowed it up and looked good doing it. Stacked and packed all around it and was left with a shapely package that simply floats on your back.Adjistability is more than most need, and it even has a built in slip compartment for hydration bladders, something I hadn't even considered purchasing, now I kind of want one. That compartment takes up zero space when unused, of course. The side webbing for bottles and such even has a second opening that faces front, so reaching back for a drink while wearing the pack is easy. I use it for my bear spray, quick access. Plenty of additional compression straps along the outside as well. Will update after I take it out for a real test! Pleased so far.

Good stuff
Works well, comfortable and intuitive. Lots of options and places to utilize on the outside for exterior storage.
