This works as required, no complaints :)
Delivered on time, as described (having re-ordered twice more after accidentally dropping and crushing the first one, and then putting the next one in a "safe place" never to find it again... Hopefully I won't crush or misplace the current one (I'm keeping it in its compact red and black case) !!!

Could do better
The earpiece works well with both phone and PC; it can connect to both at the same time, although only one is "active", but if the connection drops it switches to the other.Audio quality is average but the use of air tight inserts kills the treble response as there's no air gap in earpiece itself. However using the non-tight insert improves this considerably.The downsides are some difficulty in attaching the earpiece with its over the ear loop being a bit fiddly and rather limited documentation.

Poor sound quality
Poor sound quality can't hear the call and the caller says i sound very quiet. Tried in several different devices with the same results. Not fit for the purpose I brought it for to make hands free work calls ended up having to use my speaker to hear them clearly.

Good value for money, reasonable price
This headset does what it says its will do. This is the second one I've had, the last one I've worn out had it years. They are comfy to wear, easy to use and quick to charge. I would recommend them which is why I bought the second one. Parcel was delivered on time and in good condition
