Very good laptop for the money. Everything was exactly as listed. Booted right up, Windows working great. Battery holds a pretty decent charge for being a few years old now. Probably not much worse than when it was new. As far as condition, I selected “Good” but it probably could’ve been listed excellent except one tiny scratch on the screen. Hardly visible. This is a fast, grey laptop, and is a great bargain considering the specs!

The product itself came with noticeable damage that was never mentioned in the description. Specifically, there is a missing piece of plastic near the right hinge when looking at it from the front. The cover is not only damaged but also has visible marks on the exterior. This is definitely not what I would consider "Refurbished Excellent" condition. It significantly affects the overall look and feel of the PC. If I had known about these issues beforehand, I would not have made the purchase. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the condition of the product.

Very good computer. For the price-to-performance ratio, it's an excellent deal for a refurbished device. This is the second computer I've purchased, and overall, I'm very satisfied. The only downside with this second unit is the cosmetic condition: it has some visible scratches and there's a skin sticker on the top part of the screen that takes away from the premium look a bit.Overall, still a great purchase.

It is heavier than I thought it would be, especially if you count the weight of the battery and cords that come with it. It only holds the charge for about two hours and cuts off without warning. However, it processes quickly. It is probably an ok buy for the money, but if I had to do it again, I would buy a new (non-touchscreen) for not too much more. I bought it for travel, but due to the antiquated and heavy battery and cords it is no lighter than my 14-inch touchscreen laptop. I wanted to return it but was unable to delete all the files saved to OneDrive despite deleting OneDrive.

I ordered this laptop expecting it to be in decent condition because its listed as renewed, it came looking as if it had been used for years, large wear and tear and scratch marks and small dents and cracks, in all this was a bad product and not as listed

Just received it, so far looks good but until I use it for a few days, I can't really say enough.
