Just a wonderful nice paring knife
If you need a paring knife, this is the one for you. I love this brand and my favorite is the pro s knives. I lost this (honestly, not sure where it went) and I tried to make do with out it. I had to purchase the exact same knife.

Beautiful Knife
Lost my highly used pairing knife. Ordered a replacement and got it quickly and matched perfectly with my set. It’s the real deal.

A quality knife that stays sharp a long time
Hmm, surprised at one review saying it was terrible and would not hold an edge. I have had the same professional "S" chefs knife for 20+ years, used daily and almost never have to sharpen it. It is still by far the sharpest and all around best knife I have owned. The 4 inch paring knife I have only had a few months, but so far it is just as good. These are not very trendy or stylish looking, but I don't really care, they are just quality working knifes that in my opinion would hard to improve on. Zwilling/Henckels confusingly puts their name on a whole lot of different knives that range hugely in quality, the cheaper ones are just junk and even their "pro" line (not to be confused with professional "S") are not very good.

Purchased the same Henckels model after 37 years of use!
This purchase is a replacement for the same product number we acquired 37 years ago. Our GoTo everyday kitchen knife for nearly everything but carving. Perfect size for prepping fruits & vegetables. Extremely long lived even with periodic sharpening. Excellent sharpness retention and comfortable to use.

Not sharp
Manufacturing defect or used product, I don’t know. Doesn’t appear to be used but it is not sharp enough to cut through the skin of an orange.

Sharp ... But Not For Long
Pricey for a paring knife, but it's the only way to avoide low-quality Chinese products.Keep in mind that this is stainless steel, so dulls quicker than high carbon steel (but won't rust in your carving block).

Just what I wanted
Very sharp and well balanced

High End Quality
This product is from the professional line, which gives you a slightly heavier, and workable, knife than the lesser lines they sell. This product arrived in original packaging and is made in Germany. It is expensive but will outlast us, provide many years of service, and eventually be given to grandchildren.
