This is absolutely a beautiful filler knife! Top notch quality, extremely well made. Very sharp, and well balanced. The handle has a very comfortable feel.I purchased the Cutluxe Santoku Knife – 7" Chopping knife first. I liked it so much, I bought my wife the 5” version of that knife. That’s what motivated me to buy the filler knife.Cutluxe knives are top quality, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very happy with this. Holds the edge very well plus easy to sharpen. We fileted a lot of salt water fish with this so far. Only resharpened once.

Best fishing knife

Had to return the first one because it was bent, but the replacement is fine and reasonably sharp for a knife at this price point. Response time to the problem was immediate. The knife like other Cutluxe knives are knockoffs of classic German designs, and for professional cooks and chefs they are ideal. Triple-rivited pakkawood handles over forged German high-carbon steel. Solid enough to do the job and affordable enough to not worry about them being stolen from a busy and shady hotel kitchen.
