This is a review of 'Hodlvant Remote Control Cars Toy, 2.4GHz Cartoon RC Monster Truck with Spray Mist Music LED Lights, 1:16 Scale Dinosaur Monster Truck Toys Gifts for 3 4 5 6 7 8 Year Old Boy Gifts Birthday Presents'.This is a radio controlled dinosaur monster truck. It is quite fast and responsive. This also has a water mister which works by heating the water. I was concerned that this could end up with the water causing a burn but it comes out warm not hot so it was ok. The toy is very fun to play with and surprisingly good quality. Overall it's a really fun item and I think most children would love it.

I got this for my nephew when I babysit and he absolutely loved this. The smoke effect is a really great idea, this was his favourite part.You fill it's head with the pipette which is included with water.x2 AA batteries supplied which was great as its ready to use. Which you don't get often these days.Great movement in the dinsaour and works well with the remote. No issues as of yet. Drives quite fast. We used on wooden floor and my nephew loved how fast it went.My only negative is there were no instructions included which meant we had to figure it out but we got there in the end. This would save a lot of confusion! Sorry you have lost a star for this. But otherwise very good and good value for money. Great for younger children.

An odd combo to me, but my nephew was very excited when he saw the box!It's has all the needed batteries supplied (1x rechargeable in the car, and 2x AA for the controller) so all it needs is a power charge and you can get going. The car battery has one of the dodgier forms of connector which I’ve had so many just fail, which is unfortunate, so we’ll see how long this one lasts. Would have been far happier seeing a proper USB-C on there. What you don’t seem to get in the box is any instructions, which would have been appreciated, as we had to work out where to put the water on our own, and we had no idea how long to charge it.Once we got it going it was pretty nippy, and actually quite responsive as well. You have forwards/backwards on one button, and left/right on the other, so it’s pretty intuitive, even for small kids – until it’s turned around and is facing towards you, but that’s true of any remote control. You also have a little third button for the steam.You fill the steam with water from a little supplied squeezy-bottle , into a small reservoir inside the dinosaur’s head, and it does work quite well. The smoke effect is really good. The eyes also light up when you press the steam button. Even if you put your hand directly in front of the mouth for an extended time the steam is only very slightly warm, so I don’t think it would ever burn. The other thing it des when you press steam is make a very loud roar which, I’m not gonna lie, gets old pretty quick for all the adults in the room. A volume, or a little button on the underside of the car, to turn this off would have been very much appreciated!In all I’d say t his was very well received, and my nephew got a lot of play-value out of it, eager to take it round to his friend next door. Between them, they ran this toy until its battery had died, and immediately wanted it plugged back in to play more. So I’d say this was a great, if noisy, success.

This thing is great! Comes with batteries and screwdriver so it's up and running in no time. And it's a zippy little thing too. It bombs about a living room space, and skids on a laminate floor making it great fun, yet it's "soft" enough not to damage itself or anything it bumps into. Can't say the dogs were too impressed with it, but it didn't upset or hurt them as I tested it on behalf of the grandkids! The water fogger thingy is good too, with the light (which seems to be UV) in it's mouth making it look dramatic. The persistent, (loud), roaring noise is a pain when the spray button is pressed, but outside would be less of an issue. In a nutshell, a lot of fun in a little package, perfect for grandkids in the holidays.
