I received this item as a gift, and I accidentally tripped on it and broke the base. I emailed customer support and they were so kind to send me a replacement for the base, even though it has been more than 12 months since purchase. Its hard to find customer support as good as this!

Love this swing!! Easy to put together, light, and good quality

I purchased less than a month ago and I definitely got a defective machine, nothing that completely stopped it from working. The equipment wouldn't fold, the belt stitching became lose and it would not swing all the way. Company was awesome and exchanged immediately for a new one.Definitely spacious for my son, breathable, comfortable, and I think its a good price for what I got. Very easy to assemble as well.

This baby swing chair looks great! The quality feels nice, the material is soft, seems comfortable too. The swing comes with a remote control so you can control the swaying movements and control what music plays too. I personally like level one movement and the lowest volume for my baby. Building it though was kinda annoying but didn’t take long. We got the beige color and we personally didn’t put the net on.

My son loves this swing. Hes 6lbs , will be 2 weeks on Thursday and he fits great and looks comfortable in the swing. Happy it came with a net so we can sit outside when hes a little older.
