Great for the price, just be aware of the delivery charge.
First things first, take the delivery fee into account. Secondly, Make sure you order the battery and motor that you need, there are several options that look the same. However, with that being said, I've gotten a staggering amount of value out of this scooter. I dealt first hand with customer service, and they left nothing for me to complain about. Despite the language barrier they exceeded anything I could ask of them. My model had a max speed of about 25 mph, but struggled on hills. the battery life was well enough for me to take 3 or 4 hours worth of deliveries in a downtown area. It really is plug and play. All you need to do is charge the battery and you're good to go. I wouldn't leave it plugged in for extended periods while it's charged though. I think that may lead to shortened overall life. It's a great little scooter for quick trips to the store or any sort of urban bopping.

Very practical scooter
Its really amazing how useful this is. I originally bought it for my daughter who does not like standing on a scooter. Not only she likes it and uses it a lot, I use it for some grocery shopping. Bucket in the back makes it so easy to carry stuff. It is very sturdy with me weighing close to 200 lbs and me carrying close to 50 lbs of stuff from store, it was able to go up the hill at 15 mph. Range wise, I do not know how long it will last but I have ran it for atleast 20 miles and it still was showing me 2 bars. Its very easy to use with disc brakes, it is very easy and safe.It has enough power to go fast enough that I can use it for getting groceries from 4 miles away but is not very fast that I feel scared with kids using it as well.Height can be adjusted and my son uses it as a electric scooter and prefers standing.Only thing I can think of that can be added is Speedometer and Odometer like in some of the ebikes.

Don't buy
I had the expectation for this to be an excellent ride back and forth to just the corner convince store. Sadly to my surprise it is not worth it I was stuck at a store as I'm disabled and this was the only way I could get anywhere in this small town. The battery just didn't hold up it drained so fast I had heat exhaustion from waiting to get somebody just to come and get me. The store is only 2 miles and back that's a total of 4 miles people. And this couldn't even do it I am appalled at this scooter. Thanks for ripping off a disabled senior. Run don't scoot away with this junk.

Buy a seat cushion
The bike is decent. Simple to put together and the battery SO FAR hasn’t had any drop off in charge. The only issue I have is the seat. I’ve never felt so sore after riding anything

Affordable strong easy transport that assembles easily.
Very powerful (this is the 750W motor) and it does go up hills while maintaining speed. For paved riding, the shocks are great. Assembled easily but if you have your own tools (sockets) it's going to go easier. They supply a tool kit. The directions were not accurate for the P5 (nothing you can't intuitive figure out)--referring to a few things that aren't present. Basket mounting --hopefully you figure out where to put the washers. You may have to tighten up the mounts for the brakes. This is a throttle only model (which is a good thing). You don't monkey with speed settings and modes, throttle controls your speed, brakes reduce speed and you can find lots of sweet spots to save on battery if you need to. The display simply shows you battery life-that's it. You may need to put air in your tires before the first ride. It charged up in 5 hours but came with some charge on the battery upon arrival. The manual refers to a switch on the display to start it--there is no such thing. The key will be the sole factor in starting. The key has 3 positions. The first position (off) is basically to insert the key, the second position I have no idea what it does. I think it gives power but no throttle (if you were sitting on the side of the road and wanted to turn on the lights). The third position ONLY, is power on and the key won't fall out. Many people have already commented , correctly so, not to use a big key fob as it might dangle and jingle. My brakes did not need any adjusting upon setting up and testing the bike for 90 minutes (fun ride). Adjusting the handle bars (to be straight) was a bit of trial and error because you have to do that adjustment with the handlebars folded down. You get two reflectors for the front forks. You will install the rear brake light (not hard). Easy to throw a lock through the rear wheel and frame for deterrence. You can also throw a U-lock around the front tire as well (more deterrence). In theory this bike won't run without the key (in theory). If you're looking for reliable transport that's affordable to drive a few miles to work and home, this will do it (on paved or smooth surfaces. I will update this review if the whole thing fails at any point. I would not ride it in rain or if the roads were particularly wet (not so much for safety) as I think water will hurt the battery and motor. It goes fast--ride safe.

Stupid key placement
Bought this for my 13-year-old son. Assembly was easy, surprisingly pretty comfortable.Pretty fun to zip around, though it really lacks power. Going up a small incline it bogs right down, but does make it.Worst part is the key down at the bottom under the footrest. The first time my son dropped it, it fell on the side and bent the key right over. Super frustrating.

Greta for riding outside and battery lasting
This was one of the best products I have bought. The battery last a lot, its very quick, even has a space to put your stuff. You can even go sitting on it.
