Is there technical support?

I bought this item and when I turn the fan on it seems not to be sucking up the steam and my walls are all sweaty please let me know why this is happening and everything is put correctly I have it venting thru roof and don’t understand why this is not sucking up the steam and I have to keep drying my walls behind stove...

Is this really 900 cfm? i see other smilier fans rated closer to 350-400.

Yes, it can reach up to 900CFM. 1. If activated carbon is installed, the air volume will be greatly affected, reducing by nearly half. So it can't reach 900CFM. 2. If activated carbon is not installed, check whether the two blades of the air outlet are opened when the range hood motor is working. If the blade does not open, it means that the blade is blocking the exhaust air. If the blades are normal, make sure that the air outlet of the range hood and the end of the air outlet pipe are smoothly exhausted, and there is nothing blocking the air outlet pipe. If there are still problems, please contact us via Amazon email. We will help you solve it.

Has anyone had this hood for a long time? I want to know how well its held up.

I bought it last month and really love it. It works better than my previous Cosmo. So far it is working properly.
