I love the roller ball. I wasn't sure about doing lavender since I’ve never done it before. The lavender is quite nice. Same icy hot pain relief without harsh menthol smell.

I've been using ICY/HOT patches on and off for years to treat period cramps. I've found them to be very effective but the on/off part has to do with the cost, like $1.50 per patch and that a box only comes with five patches. A hassle to re-up on them often. Not a huge expense but one I don't enjoy incurring. Not to mention the strong odor isn't one I enjoy having to wear to the office.This roll-on is much better for my needs. More cost effective, don't have to buy a new one every month (easily fits in a bag, more discreet application.) The lavender scent helps when you need relief and have to be in public, and most importantly just as effective as the patches.

Got for my boyfriend who has back, knee and elbow problems and he said this sure helped his back feel better. That is an endorsement, I think, for pain relief. Easy to use and appears to be quite effective.

After having my knee replaced I was not sleeping due to nerves firing up at night keeping me awake for hours and hours. I rolled some of this on my leg, not the incision area and it helped so I could relax enough and get some sleep. The fragrance is light and since its lavender it helps you relax.

Smells good u like the original, but for sure not as strong. Can barely feel it.
