I think it has helped my hair to grow but I am also taking a DHT supplement. It leaves my hair very soft. I’d recommend it.

I am not convinced this helps for hair growth, so I have gone back to using Nioxin. This is thick and creamy, it lathers well and it didn't smell bad. So if you are looking for a shampoo that is natural this might be the one for you.

Very minimal frangrance smell, but makes your hair feel smooth and hydrated after only 2 washes. I think it's the biotin ingredient that gives it that full strength feeling.Would definitely buy again!
