I have to say I’m a very picky person. I am giving this a Five star rating. I got very nervous looking at some of the negative comments. I bought this used like new condition Laptop so I can get the I9 processor. when I first started the computer in the beginning, I was having Bluetooth issues, but after I did, the windows update and firmware update system works like a charm. Even as used condition I feel like I got a brand new PC. I got everything that was described except for the sticker add on for a Xbox controller that is not gonna change my review where I could buy the sticker for two bucks. I feel I got an awesome deal thank you.

Excellent laptop
Wished I had researched a bit more before buying. A newer model was going to be released soon and I could have spent the same for more current technology. All in all still a powerful gaming laptop that has performed well.
