Never have I ever!!!!

I love Amazon but, very very unsatisfied with this phone. I’ve never received a phone without an actual user manual instead I got a folded piece of paper with vague instructions. Inserted the sim and it was never identified. I charged the battery and by the time I tried to insert the sim I had to charge the battery. A lot of smoke and mirrors and the product do not deliver. I definitely will be sending this back ASAP. This not a good look. Try to get quality gear that produce truthful results. Seriously unhappy with this phone!!!

Poor quality

Very disappointed with this product, nothing like what is advertised, the battery life is below 20%,within 30 minutes of being fully charged the battery goes dead, I would like to get a refund.....
