No. Property is only transferred between players when one hasn't got enough cash to pay another.

What batteries does it take

The Monopoly Ultimate Banking Game takes 3 1.5V ""AAA"" batteries (not included).

We are playing for the first time and don't have enough houses. How can we get more?

1 House per property, which slides up the indicator (1 --> 5) when you get a rent increase which is also handled by the little card swiper. But these houses get in the way and we will consider playing without them on the board.
