Will this scrub CO2 emissions in an enclosed space?

The VEVOR air scrubber captures particles as small as 0.3 microns. CO2 is much smaller. The air scrubber works well for most smoke and asbestos particles.

Does this come with the filters or do I have to buy them seperately?

Mine came with all filters, they were individually packaged in plastic.
