Not correct size product came opened
Not 20 oz these are maybe 16 oz and the product came ripped open otherwise these seem to be durable the lid fits a bit loose not sure I’d buy these again

Not accurate sizing
Love the rounded bottom and lid, but I choose the 14oz and it is tiny! I put a few ice cubes in and a 7.5 oz can of pop filled the entire cup. Not 14 oz at all. When drinking from the lid, liquid drips out. Big bummer

Wrong size. And recommended getting bigger size
The media could not be loaded. Good quality. Lids on nicely. Cute cups for on the go. Only reason why 4 starts is they sent me wrong size. Purchase 14oz and received the12oz which is really small for an iced coffee for me.
