I don't see why not unless the government stipulates that the paper has to be of a certain type and I don't believe that they do. It's the accuracy of representation ie the photograph's quality that they are interested in....and this papaer is pretty good at that.

Purchased this for my photo printer and paper is slightly too wide and won’t find in photo paper slot. Too wide by about 2-3mm.

Either send back .or trim it down i suppose . Im guessing your printer is for photos only.sorry not much help

It should do. I use an HP 6020e It should work with any printer. It's very good quality and color on par with the top brands.
