Having been a crossword fan for decades I have tried many different cryptic crosswords and find the Times ones to be the most enjoyable and challenging. The compilers consistently produce challenging and entertaining puzzles. You may be able to solve one of these in an hour.......or it may take days. Some of the books even have tips on how to solve the clues. If you're a crossword buff and you haven't tried the Times puzzles then I would urge you to do so.

Great. Unfortunately when I made the order I didn't notice that the other 2 products(Times Jumbo Crosswords) were not Cryptics, so they are going to be gathering dust unless I can persuade my wife that she needs more mental exercise.

If you are into cryptic crosswords, this series will give hours of pleasure - Times Cryptic clues are demanding but highly addictive.

I've done most of the Times Jumbo crosswords books and this is no exception in entertainment factor. It arrived quickly and well packaged.
