I bought this multiple purposes. I use it to add to my health and adding to food etc. I’m intrigued by the MGO component and the healthful benefits it’s supposed to enhance, namely my immune system. I like the taste of it. It’s flavorful, thick and creamy. It’s too soon to know if I’m benefiting from it.

This honey is expensive, but I love it. I put it in my morning drink of apple cider vinegar, course Himalayan salt, fresh lemon, touch of baking soda and slightly warm water. It keeps me hydrated and pumps up those electrolytes.
