Love Letters of Great Men, Vol. 1 Paperback – May 12, 2008

I bought this after watching a few decades of Sex and the City followed by the first movie. This book has many poems that are a huge part of two main characters’ story line. This book doesn’t disappoint. You get short biographies on each author for context. People no longer take the time to express their feelings and love this way. It is now short texts and even shorter phone calls. Very meaningful and wonderful book.

Enjoyed reading it and looking into purchasing the next book written.

Great read. Love how it was written, very smooth to follow through with. I love that it tells you who they are and their love interests and accomplishments in life after the love letter is done.

Truly, this will go on my list of favorite books.Writing letters should never go out of style. The beauty and the depth of the letters in this book brought tears to my eyes. These were men who were either truly in love or had within them emotions that could only be expressed by the written word. They were not throwing words on a page or murmuring a quick "I love you" They were laying bare their hearts. I was touched.Would that I receive a letter one day with even a percentage of this dedication. I grew jealous of the women that received them.Beautiful book...simply beautiful.

Wide range of people and culture ! Very interesting to read !

This guy (or his friends) is trolling every female that has ever watched sex and the city. I googled this book and sent it to my friend as a joke and I’m floored that so many people are taking this seriously. I’m not sorry I spent money on it because I commend this guy’s friends for the prank of a lifetime that ended up successful lol.

When i first bought this book, I bought it after being heavily influenced by the Sex & The City Movie. However, now that I’ve read it, i’m glad I have it.This book delves deep into letters famous men have written to their significant others, and the words they’ve used to describe their yearning transports you straight into their hearts. I love this book. a 10/10 from me!
